My stepfather died last year which has left my little Mum feeling adrift and a bit lost, not helped by her Vascular Dementia. She moved in with me in Somerset for 3 months before returning to her little cottage in Henley on Thames which she and Barry (my late stepfather) bought years ago as an investment whilst they moved to Spain and shared their time between their apartment in Barcelona and their beautiful yacht.

Since moving back to Henley Mummy has had daily attendance from Jakub, Marta and their excellent team. Very successful. They take every care of her and the cottage and respect her space and wishes at all times. Their gentle calm approach makes such a difference for Mummy helping her with her shopping and cooking; doctor and dental appointments too when her family (who are in Dorset, Somerset and London) are unable to.

I cannot rate them more highly and strongly recommend them and their company J&M Prestige Care Ltd.

We are delighted with the excellent care that J&M’s wonderful team are providing for our parents. They are all so caring and friendly, and our mother and father love their visits and feel they have become part of our family. They are very professional, and always give of their best. They spend time talking to them and give excellent support, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

It has been a huge relief to us to have found them, and we cannot recommend them enough – we are so grateful for all the support they give, and we appreciate all the hard work they do to make our parents’ lives as comfortable as possible. They are wonderful! Thank you all.

Marta and Jakub have supported our mother for the last 6 years.

We have always been delighted with the attention, care and kindness that they have shown to us all as a family.

What makes them stand out for us, is their attention to detail. They are always consistent with their home visit times which is so incredibly important. Their care with her daily living tasks, along with ensuring that Mum remembers to stay hydrated are evident on a daily basis.

As a family we have been delighted with the open communication that Marta and Jakub have with us. Further evidence that Mum’s welfare is at the heart of everything that they do.

Marta have now been caring for our mother for 8 years. In all those years mums care has been consistent, we have never been let down. The lines of communication are always open and prompt between the team and all our family. At each stage of mums care we have been able to rely on the years of experience that Marta and her team bring, they are well known among the local health care professionals and have provided us with other contacts for chiropodist and ear care etc. Marta’s team and her family have joined with us as a family to create mums world, they have shown friendship and great care and continue to do so.

There have been so many occasions where Marta has gone beyond the call of duty. We are very grateful.

Marta and Jakub looked after my father during the last six months of his life, firstly his care was based on three home visits per day, this eventually went to 24hr care in the last month of his life.

They were recommended to us by one of my Father’s neighbours, as Marta had looked after her Mother, we couldn’t have wished for better care, professionalism, and attention to detail, Marta and Jakub looked after my father with love, compassion, and loyalty they also attended my father’s funeral a very touching moment for all my family. After my father’s death they continued to enable us to work through all the aftermath with concern and real compassion. We thank Marta and Jakub for all your hard work you were simply amazing, I would not hesitate to recommend Marta and Jakub to all.
